Statement

TGI AG | Vaduz, June 4, 2026

TGI AG is issuing a statement regarding the preliminary investigations by the Princely Regional Court that have recently come to light and the related official measures. On June 2, 2026, representatives of the investigating authorities were present at the business premises of TGI AG and carried out official measures there.

TGI AG confirms this incident. The proceedings took place in an orderly manner and without incident. TGI AG granted access to the relevant authorities in accordance with legal requirements and cooperated fully with them. The measures taken came as a surprise to TGI AG, particularly since the company had cooperated fully with the relevant authorities up to that point and had not committed any wrongdoing. Contrary to the provisions of criminal procedure law (§ 23(4) StPO), TGI AG was not informed of the investigation that had been initiated.

Investigations do not constitute a finding of guilt
TGI AG is aware that the Princely Regional Court is conducting preliminary investigations. It should be clearly noted from the outset that as soon as criminal complaints or suspicions are brought to the attention of the competent authorities, it is standard procedure for them to be examined. This is precisely the purpose of investigative authorities and courts.

Equally important, however, is the legal context: The investigations currently known are in the early stages of the proceedings. Preliminary inquiries or investigations do not constitute a finding of guilt. Until a final decision is reached, the presumption of innocence applies without restriction to all parties involved.

TGI AG firmly rejects the allegations made
Regarding the allegations of commercial fraud under §§ 146, 147(3), 148, 2 of the Swiss Criminal Code (StGB), money laundering pursuant to § 165(1), (2), and (4) StGB, and the offense under Art. 245(1)(a) of the Banking Act (BankG), TGI AG states that it rejects these allegations just as firmly as it does the absurd allegation regarding deposit-taking activities.

The company is convinced that it has acted in full compliance with applicable laws at all times and is confident that this will be fully confirmed in the course of the ongoing proceedings.

In light of the ongoing proceedings and the presumption of innocence that applies to all parties involved, TGI AG asks for your understanding that it cannot comment further on the specific details of the proceedings at this time.

Full cooperation with investigative authorities
TGI AG cooperates fully with the relevant investigative authorities in accordance with legal requirements. TGI AG considers it a matter of course to actively assist in clarifying the facts of the matter.

Since TGI AG has nothing to hide, it actively cooperated in the process of securing the data. Among other things, a comprehensive snapshot of the relevant data was created after technical difficulties arose during the seizure. This, too, demonstrates that TGI AG is assisting the authorities in their investigation.

TGI AG further notes that it has made several attempts in recent weeks to arrange face-to-face meetings with the relevant authorities. However, these requests for meetings were denied.

Not a single customer has suffered any loss
Based on the information currently available to TGI AG, not a single customer has filed a criminal complaint. Above all, however, it should be noted that not a single customer has suffered any loss. This, too, is a key factor in assessing the allegations that have been made.

TGI AG is confident that its customers stand behind it. After all, since the investigation began in 2024, they have consistently received their agreed-upon discounts and gold deliveries on time.

Against this backdrop, TGI AG firmly rejects the allegations made. To level the charge of commercial fraud on a large scale without a single customer having suffered any loss and without a single customer having filed a criminal complaint is completely without merit. In the opinion of TGI AG’s legal representatives, the basic prerequisites for the criminal allegations raised are lacking. There is neither any harm to customers, nor any corresponding intent, nor any unlawful intent to enrich oneself. The same applies to the other allegations currently being raised.

Clarification Instead of Prejudgment
TGI AG is prepared to provide the relevant authorities with all necessary evidence and documentation in full. This includes the complete compilation of all supporting documents that demonstrate how client funds were used and how the business model operates financially.

TGI AG invites the relevant authorities to conduct a thorough investigation to gain a complete picture of the situation. The goal must be to rely on facts, not on assumptions or preconceptions.

Business operations will continue without restriction
TGI AG remains fully operational (subject to the FMA’s objections, which are not yet legally binding). Day-to-day business operations will continue as usual. The company will fully meet its obligations to customers, business partners, and employees.

As things stand, the regulatory measures do not have any impact that would prevent the company from continuing its operations. In particular, this means that TGI AG will continue to sell gold, pay out all discounts as agreed, and deliver gold as agreed.

Message to Customers
TGI AG understands that recent headlines may be causing concern among many customers. This makes it all the more important to convey a clear message: TGI has nothing to hide and will therefore cooperate fully with the authorities—and even reach out to them proactively. It is also important to understand that an investigation does not imply guilt. The presumption of innocence applies without restriction.

TGI AG is cooperating with the authorities, assisting in the full investigation, and will continue to do everything in its power to protect its customers from harm.

TGI AG would like to thank its customers for their trust and will provide transparent updates on further significant developments.

Legal action against false and defamatory claims
TGI AG reserves the right to take all legally available measures against defamatory reporting and the dissemination of false or misleading factual claims—including actions under media law and civil law against publications, platforms, and individuals.

Further statements will be issued in due course.
