TGI AG acknowledges that the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) published a measure on April 20, 2026, that affects the company.

TGI AG has not yet been officially notified of this by BaFin. As of now, no corresponding letter explaining the reasons has been received.

TGI AG initially learned of the published measure exclusively through the Internet. There was no prior direct notification or further communication regarding the assessment that has now been published.

From the perspective of TGI AG and its legal counsel, the classification in question is based on a misinterpretation of the underlying facts. Therefore, no adjustments or changes will be made for the time being until an official letter to that effect is served.

For the sake of completeness, it should be emphasized that this concerns solely the question of whether TGI AG’s offering should be classified as a financial product. This does not call into question the economic viability of TGI AG’s business model.

As soon as TGI AG receives the letter from BaFin, the company will review the details of the matter in consultation with its legal counsel and subsequently provide information on how to proceed.
