As of today, July 31, 2026, TGI AG Liechtenstein will cease its business operations.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for your trust, your loyalty, and the time we have spent together. Many of you have followed and helped shape the development of TGI AG over the years. This connection is something special that we cherish every day and that drives us to keep going, even in difficult times.

As previously announced, all existing purchase agreements of TGI AG will be settled at TGI AG’s current daily gold price.

Starting tomorrow, Saturday, August 1, 2026, you'll find the complete statement in your back office. There you'll see, among other things:

• The fine gold bars you have purchased to date

• The corresponding settlement value based on the current daily gold price

• Your total payout amount in the clearing account

After that, you can choose only between these two options.

You may authorize TGI AG to transfer your settlement amount directly to TRUST GOLD International Ltd. in accordance with § 1400 of the ABGB .

The funds will be available to you there within a maximum of two banking days for the purchase of new physical fine gold bars.

As a special gesture, all existing customers of TGI AG have the opportunity to repurchase their previous allocation from TRUST GOLD International Ltd at the same billing price through August 15, 2026 .

Alternatively, you can request that your settlement amount be deposited into your bank account.

We expect a processing time of 6 to 8 weeks.
